Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred option)
- Store credit
- Refund (case-by-case basis)
Shipping Coverage for Replacements:
If a refund or replacement is required due to damage or a carrier-related mishap, Trinity Wellness Labs will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item to you. No additional charges will be applied to the customer in these cases.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo proof
We will:
- Send the correct item at no additional cost
- Provide return instructions if necessary
4. Shipping Issues
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- We will offer a replacement or store credit
Note: Replacement shipping costs will be covered by Trinity Wellness Labs for carrier-confirmed lost packages.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen. Customers assume responsibility once the package is delivered.
5. Order Cancellations
