- Provide photo proof
We will:
- Send the correct item at no additional cost
- Provide return instructions if necessary
4. Shipping Issues
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen. Customers assume responsibility once the package is delivered.
